Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Content Availability
Channel lineups and content availability may change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by content providers or other third parties.
Subscription and Payment
Payment for subscriptions is due in advance. Subscriptions continue automatically until cancelled. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but these terms shall remain in effect for obligations that reasonably survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where i-ptv operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
